For pickup orders, you agree to collect your order at the designated pickup location within the specified timeframe. We are not responsible for orders that become cold or otherwise deteriorate in quality after the designated pickup time.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of our Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall be exclusively brought in the courts located in the United Kingdom, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations between you and Imo's Pizza. If such dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation before resorting to arbitration, litigation, or some other dispute resolution procedure.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

No waiver by Imo's Pizza of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure by Imo's Pizza to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Imo's Pizza regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding our Services.

Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without your consent.

Changes to These Terms
